Due to long hours of sitting and sometimes, with legs crossed, veins that run beneath the skin of the legs are twisted turning dark purple or blue in color which are known as varicose veins. 1. Apply either of the following to varicose veins on a regular basis:
a. Cider vinegar
b. Raw vegetable juices — best would be mixture of carrot (3/5) and spinach (2/5)juice
c. Oil of rosemary
2. Keep an initial all-fruit diet for 7 to 10 days which may be done every month. Repeat this diet depending on the progress (may be shortened to 3 days).
