Self Facial Massage

Stress. There are actually lots of ways people use to get rid of it. Your face, no matter how much make-up you put on, can’t always hide the pressure you’re experiencing on meeting your deadlines. To tighten your facial muscles around your mouth and chin, just do three simple steps: open your mouth, smile widely then hold. Do this several times a day.

You can give yourself a wonderful facial massage. This self massage can be done with, or without, creams or oils, but using these on your face will make your face feel smooth and refreshed. Use your index fingers and massage around your nose, and then between your eyebrow, on your forehead, and down to your chin. This will feel luxurious to you.

Easy! Feel relaxed and avoid those creases at the same time.
