Exercise for Busy Moms

Most women, once entered the world of motherhood, can no longer afford to spend time for themselves. They wake up in the wee hours of the night, wash clothes in weekends, go to work, cook dinner upon reaching home, reading books while shaving legs in the toilet and a whole lot more. Women are the best multi-taskers in the world! What some of them forget is that they should also spare some time for themselves and one of the best ways of spending it is through exercise.
Exercising takes time and effort which is the main reason why most people can’t commit on doing it regularly. Busy moms can do it in between chores. A few examples are wall or kitchen bench push ups, tricep dips on the edge of bath or kitchen bench, lunges down the hallway, squats with a washing basket, calf raises on a foot stool or on a step and stair climbing. Now who says exercising takes a lot?

    haha!! i like this post teh!! lalo pa ngaun am going gaga thinking of how can I stretch myself out!! since i really don't have time to exercise!!! kaso am not doin any household chores either!! nyahaha
