What to do When Burnout?!

Hey, what do you do when you feel stressed out, burnout and used up? I know am not the only one who feels this. And am not the only who wear different hats in a day – being a MOM, a wife, career woman on weekdays, blogger every day, ‘singer’ on weekends and an occasional traveler. Multitasking is our best friend but when you feel so exhausted what do you do other than rest?

Me? I eat what I crave – gives me fulfillment and makes my exhaustion fly to thin air. I shop! Retail therapy is another good way to forget about fatigue – seriously it gives me a feeling of relief. But i make sure i do my retail therapy at thrift shops! And lastly, and the most inexpensive of them all – I listen to mellow music while lying down on my bed with a candle light and a good book on hand. Ah relaxing. I feel ready for the next day’s battle at work!
