My energy level goes to the maximum high whenever there’s a holiday proclamation. I know you would understand how I feel if you work on weekdays from 8 to 5 and travel 2 hours going to work and another 2 hours going back home. So hearing a holiday announcement is like a diabetic who tried taking chromium supplements and then the sugar level went from worst to best!
Holiday is the only reason why I like the previous president GMA, where she has proclaimed lots of holidays in a year. While the current president Pnoy, ok I like that guy, but he seldom gives announcement for a holiday. If only he knew how much rest a holiday gives to working moms, for sure he’ll make all birthdays a holiday!
