I wonder how the people at Zumba cardio party video achieved their nice and flat abs. There isn’t a tiny bit of fats on their tummy! I don’t know if my daily cardio workout is the best way to lose belly fat fast but I am giving it a try.
The routines at the cardio party are enough for me to hope that one day I shall have one of those nice abs somehow. I hope that dream will come to reality. Let’s see if my bulges will disappear after 4 weeks. Let’s see!
