Sleep is when our body recharges the energy drained from a day of work. It is very much vital to get a complete rest in order to function well the next day. But what do you do to have a very restful sleep?
It is important to create a place that is for sleeping alone. So it’s advised to leave behind recreational things like television, laptops and even cellphones in another room. A warm hot bath and a glass of milk could also be a sleep aid. If you can add some scented candles or a lavender aroma in the room, it could help you relax while trying to go to sleep. Read some stuffs for less than 15minutes and you will be on your way to a very restful sleep.
