Diet for Two

Pregnancy may bring about a lot of changes in life and that includes eating habit. Pregnant women should always remember that they are not just eating foods for themselves but also for the child inside their womb.

What used to be a diet for a single person has now become a diet for two. During the pregnancy, it is important to keep in mind the food pyramid. This will serve as dietary guide on what should be eaten and the appropriate amount to be taken. Start eating more foods from the bottom of the pyramid and lesser of those which are on the top. If you are an expectant mom, make sure that you get your daily dose of required nutrients.

Lastly, pregnant women should keep themselves hydrated. Proper hydration has a lot of benefits like it prevents early labor and your skin will remain healthy and clear.
