If you just gave birth like me and have been wondering on the fastest way on how to get back to your old size before pregnancy, the answer is breastfeed. According to studies breastfeeding doesn’t only help you lose the post pregnancy weight fast but also it helps the uterus get back to its pre-pregnancy size as it avoid too much bleeding of the uterus. It also helps women prevent breast cancer.
I asked my mom friends about this and breastfeeding is their answer in chorus. Since exercising or doing some zumba or taking some slimming pills aren’t the best options for the moment, I will just stick to breastfeeding my child.
